Transporting earth-moving machinery to the job site by heavy goods vehicle is part of the routine in many building projects. However, questions of load securing are not always accorded the appropriate importance – lashing points in particular often provide grounds for criticism. A joint project of Goldhofer AG, Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG and RUD Ketten Rieger & Dietz GmbH u. Co. KG illustrates what a secure lashing solution should really look like. The construction and logistics company Max Wild GmbH is already using these vehicles.

LWL-Sachsenkabel GmbH will present the spectrum of its services in the field of customized cabling solutions for users in the telecommunications, data center and building sector at ANGA COM 2023 (May 23-25 in Cologne). The Laserline company's presentation at the Laser World of Photonics 2022 focusses on technological innovation. To be presented are the first blue diode laser with 3 kW CW output power and a new high-power-cladding-solution using a 45 kW IR diode laser. The latter was developed in cooperation with the Fraunhofer IWS.

By acquiring a 70 percent stake in Boston-based laser specialist WBC Photonics, Laserline is expanding its solution portfolio to include blue industrial diode lasers with particularly high beam quality. In addition to laser systems with CW output powers of currently up to 4 kW - currently the highest power level in the blue laser sector - the company now also offers lasers with very high focusability and beam qualities of 4 mm mrad and better.
