Ratingen | Thiele is departing the company of his own accord to pursue new challenges elsewhere following the highly successful completion of his mission to lead Customer Service in the DACH Region into the top league.
Thiele has proficiently headed up the Customer Care Center as well as Quality and Customer Satisfaction since the beginning of 2014.
He restructured this business area from the ground up and, despite significant cost cutting, doubled customer satisfaction in four years’ time. This was made possible through a concerted focus on customer requirements and the corresponding digitalization of business processes.
As a result, a crucial building block has been laid for the future growth of Schneider Electric within the DACH Zone, the company said.
Top-Ten Rankings in 2016 & 2017 in Germany’s leading Service Sector Competition “Top Service Award Deutschland” conferred industry-wide recognition on these achievements.
